Please take note of our shipping policy: our Eco-Plant fiber ranges ship from Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
ECO PLANT RANGE: Eco-Cotton, Eco-Fusion, Eco-Bamboo, Eco-Lush, Bonbons & associated kits.
We use live shipping rates, provided by our carriers: Canada Post, Purolator. These rates are applied automatically to your cart during checkout. They are calculated based on the weight of your parcel.
Kindly note that any delay that occur once the parcel has left our warehouse is beyond our control. There have been service delays and failures with Canada Post & USPS in the last few months. Pick the cheapest Canada Post & USPS shipping option AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Our warehouse is located in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
IMPORT FEES: Please note that GOOD LOOPS YARN is not liable for any Import or clearance fees incurred due to any purchase that is shipped to any country. This excludes wholesale clients.
Should you refuse to make payment you will be liable to pay the return fee charged by the carrier, as well as any other penalties incurred.
We have put shipments of our Animal Fibers range (Kid-Silk, Supertwist Sock, Supertwist DK, Singlespun Lace, and associated kits) from South Africa on hold for the time being. We will keep you updated!
